Raised in the theatre, Allen possesses a strong background in stage performance, classically trained in acting, voice, ballet and various styles of dance as well as piano. Allen has studied acting since the age of 7 at several theaters and studios including AC Lamplight Youth Theatre, Amarillo Little Theatre, Civic Amarillo Opera, KD Conservatory and TBell Actors Studio. Top roles include Wendy in Peter Pan, Laurie in Oklahoma, Kim in Bye Bye Birdie, and Ariel in Footloose. Allen currently studies under the direction of Theresa Bell, with focus on the reputed Ivana Chubbuck Camera Acting Technique. Allen is also an aspiring writer, and was recently a resident of Spain until moving back to the U.S. to re-enter performance and camera work.
